Zageo is a fashion marketplace for Kampala. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Zageo app and website, and how you can ask us to delete it.

Information we collect

• Account details, such as your email address, name, and profile photo.
• Shop details if you sell, such as the shop name, area, phone number, and location you pin.
• Listings you post, including photos, title, price, caption, size, and color.
• Orders you place or receive, including the item, size, color, quantity, and order status.
• Approximate location, if you allow it, so we can show Kampala and nearby boutiques.
• A push notification token, if you allow notifications, so we can tell you about orders.

How we use it

We use this information to run your account, show shops and products, hold reservations, and send order updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

You pay the seller when you collect, in cash or Mobile Money. Zageo does not take that payment, and we do not collect your card or Mobile Money PIN.

Who we share it with

Sellers see the order details they need to prepare your item. We use service providers to host the app, store photos, and send email codes and notifications. They only process information so Zageo can operate.

How long we keep it

We keep account, listing, and order records while your account is active and for as long as we need them to run the marketplace and handle a dispute. Sign-in codes are kept only long enough to log you in.

Delete your information

Use the delete account form with the email you sign in with. We will delete the account, profile, shop, and listings, except records we must keep for an open order or a legal duty.

Children

Zageo is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
